Returns
Can it go back? It depends what it is.
30 days for a change of mind, unused and in its packaging. Faults within 7 days are replaced or refunded in full. Opened and tinted paint, used bits and used power tools are the exceptions.

An opened tin cannot go back because you changed your mind, or because the colour looks different on the wall. If it is faulty, it goes back within 7 days.
The delivery charge on the original order is not refunded.
